1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FuelWatch Global (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms are issued by AiCoaches.com LLC ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
FuelWatch Global provides real-time and near-real-time intelligence on global refined fuel reserve levels, sourced from public APIs, government datasets, and news aggregation. The Platform is offered in two tiers: a free tier with general access and a Pro tier with advanced features and data access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written consent
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Platform data or content without authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
- Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Use automated tools to send more requests than a reasonable human user would generate
- Use the Platform to commit fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful act
- Represent Platform data as your own proprietary research without appropriate attribution
4. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, logos, and original content on the Platform are the property of AiCoaches.com LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying data sourced from public datasets (EIA, World Bank, etc.) remains subject to the terms of those respective sources.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own informational purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or create derivative products from Platform content.
5. Subscriptions & Payments (Pro Tier)
Pro tier subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as selected at sign-up. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to registered users.
6. Data & No Financial Advice
The data and analysis provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or professional advice. AiCoaches.com LLC is not a registered investment adviser. Any decisions you make based on Platform data are entirely at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for full details.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that data will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCoaches.com LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiCoaches.com LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
